Excel 2003: Conditional Formatting
Conditional Formatting allows a user to set a condition under which the formatting will be applied. For example, if a dollar amount is below a certain amount use red font.
- Select the cell(s) that should adhere to the condition
- Click Format->Conditional Formatting
- Enter the criteria for the condition. Then click the Format button and select the formatting options you want the cell(s) configured with and click OK. (Note: To Add additional conditions click the Add button)
