Install iTunes
Estimated Installation Time: 10min
To install iTunes do the following:
- Under the START menu click "Control Panel".
- In the Control Panel window, double-click "Run Advertised Programs".
- In the Run Advertised Programs window, highlight "Apple iTunes 7.6 English - iTunes" and click "Run".
- After a short time the the Quicktime installation (a prerequisite of iTunes) will begin and run.
- After the Quicktime installation is complete the iTunes installation will begin and run.
- Once the installation is completed launch iTunes by double-clicking the icon on your desktop.
- iTunes will launch and begin its configuration process.
- In the "iTunes Software License Agreement" window click the "Agree" button.
- On the iTunes Welcome screen click the "Next" button.
- Uncheck the boxes next to "Add MP3 and AAC files" and "Add WMA files" then click "Next".
- Make sure "No, I'll change the file and folder names myself" radio button is selected, then click "Next".
- Click "Next".
- Make sure the "No, take me to my iTunes Library" radio button is selected and click "Finish".
- iTunes should open and you can begin using the program.
- Congratulations, you've completed the iTunes installation!
