Adding a PSTRemoving a PST
- Open Outlook. Click Tools->Options
- On the Mail Setup tab, click Data Files

- On the Outlook Data Files window, click Add

- Click OK

- On the Create or Open Outlook Data File window, browse to the location of the PST and click OK
- You will now see the PST listed on the Outlook Data Files window. Click Close and then OK to complete the process

- Now you should see the PST listed in your Outlook folder directory
Removing a PST from your Mailbox
- Open Outlook. Click Tools->Options
- On the Mail Setup tab, click Data Files
- On the Outlook Data Files window, select the PST you want removed and click Remove
